About The Event
Dr. Wende Logan-Young will be sharing her fossil knowledge with us! Dr. Young will start off this class by discussing the different types of fossils she has found and collected from Canandaigua Lake and Penn Dixie Fossil Park & Nature Reserve over the past 60 years. Andrea and Valerie, from Bead Breakout, will then guide students on how to assemble their one-of-a-kind necklaces incorporating these unique fossils.

P.S. Once students catch the "fossil bug" they may want to join Bead Breakout's Fossil Group. Those who have signed up for this group may be organizing a trip to Penn Dixie to search for their very own fossils!
